Detail: 2009 Chrysler town and country won't start with the keyfob. The first key quit working in Sept. and now the 2nd one won't work all the time. Any ideas?

In all cases I have taken the door panel off loosened the window motor screws which takes the pressure off the internal gear drive of the motor, put it all back together and it works until someone holds the button too long again.
