Detail: I have a 2010 GMC Yukon and my back up camera works but he navigation display is displaying a message advising to get he back uo system serviced. The GMC dealer said the error code is indicating there is a short in a wire. They told me that it could cost up to $2000 to fix. Any suggesion??

You will see your dash light up with every segment lit, you can let go when it starts. Then you computer will run its diagnostic check for error codes. Have a pen and paper ready to copy them down.
