SOLVED: Noise (vibration) when turning right

Detail: Grinding noise (vibration) ONLY when steering right. Noise is speed dependant (not RPM). Noise continues if shifted into neutral (with vehicle is coasting) Most noticible at 30-40 mph on smooth asphalt. Can be felt both in the steering wheel and gas pedal. Dealer could find nothing, said "rotate the tires". Tire rotation made no change. Similar feeling to driving a knobby tire 4-wheeler. ONLY noticed when lightly steering to the right 2007 Toyota Rav4 20K miles, well maintained.
