SOLVED: ABS and Parking Brake lights stay on

Detail: My ABS and Parking Brake lights on my dash stay on and while they are on my AC/Heater wont work. The lights sometimes go off after driving for a bit and the AC works fine. Seems like there is a short somewhere. I don't know. I replaced the Brake Light Switch and it the same problem still occurs.

Solution: The abs light is telling you that there is a problem with brakes etc, that is why brake light is on as well. The abs going off after a while is heat in the disc expanding and once cooled light will cone back on. The bulbs have rather large filaments, and hitting the control sometimes makes the filaments "weld themselves" back together for a short time. I would not suspect a short or a loose wire. , you have an abs fault. have your abs system scanned for codes. your base brakes will continue to function normally , Somebody left a wire harness unplugged.
