Detail: Hi I have a 2006 Nissan Sentra, 4 door automatic, 1.8. I get a code of P1148, what do I need to do to solve the problem. It started with 3 codes of P1148, P0031, P0037. I replaced both the o2 sensors and P0031 and P0037 disappeared but P1148 still remains. Please suggest what I need to do?
Solution: Have you cleared the codes at least once? The new o2 sensors should have removed all those codes. The sensor closest to the engine b1s1 may be defective.Check wiring and plug to that one closely. , Hi, A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two. Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US. The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones). click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Good luck! , Find the big hose that comes out of the top of the radiator and follow it to the engine and that is where the thermostat is located. My advice is to be sure to get a factory thermostat and rubber gasket as it makes installation much easier. I have done it both ways and the factory one is easier to install. , had to install a driver side non folding mirror, fairly simply to say the least. There's a cover on the interior of the door, near the window, remove the cover, remove the 3 screws, need i believe a 10mm socket. If a power window, unhook the circuit. Replace new mirror. , Dexron-III is what's used in almost all vehicles (except some older fords and chryslers), but you can check the owners' manual to be sure (or call the nearest Nissan dealership). , You can't find one, because it doesn't have one. , its in the gas tank but it doesnt have to be changed!!!YAY
